Bug fixes

• Control site-opened pop-ups. The browser tool now lists pop-ups opened by a page, reports their IDs after clicks and key presses, and lets an agent focus and use them without losing the site's opener or login state. Selected pop-ups remain the command target across turns; closing or hiding one leaves its opener intact.
